Annual Community Players Trust Grants

Now accepting grant applications for funds to be distributed in early 2026.

Successful applications are for projects that either:

  • Offer opportunities for education or direct participation in the theatre arts; or 

  • Foster an appreciation of the theatre arts that is expected to lead to direct participation in the future.

Grants typically range from $500 to $3,000 per project

​Guidelines

Applicants must be a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
There is no formal application paperwork to complete.

Submit a narrative, project budget and requested grant amount to info@cptnevco.org

Include details of other project funding or matching sources, your mailing address & email.

Projects should primarily benefit Nevada County groups and/or artists, explaining any out of county benefits created.

Funding decisions are made in late January, with notification soon afterward.

Deadline to submit: January 15, 2026.
