Arts Incubator provides fiduciary oversight, financial management, and other administrative services to help build the capacity of cultural initiatives or emerging arts collaboratives who may not yet have their 501(c)(3) status. In some cases, an organization may have this status, but not the years of programming required to apply for more serious grants.

In essence, Arts Incubator serves as the administrative hub for cultural initiatives serving the public good. Charitable contributions are given to Nevada County Arts Council, which then re-grants them to these initiatives.
