Art at the Airport

Now in its third year, Art at the Airport transforms travel spaces into galleries that celebrate the creativity of the Truckee-Tahoe region. Presented in partnership with the Truckee Tahoe Airport and Truckee Cultural District, this program showcases the work of more than 200 artists annually, turning one of the region’s most visited public spaces into a dynamic cultural experience for residents and visitors alike. As part of Nevada County Arts & Culture Art in Public Spaces Program, this quarterly exhibition series includes an annual STEAM student art exhibit in partnership with the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District. Exhibition themes and artist open call selection process is managed by a Truckee based Curatorial Team.
