At the literary vendor fair, POETRY PLACE, you can present your business, books, activities, and other materials related to the themes and values of the event. Our theme is Ordinary Light and this is open to interpretation. Poetry Place will be located at the Sierra College Gym and will be open to festival goers from 9am–4pm on April 28.
The cost for an all-day vendor space is $45. Preference is given to vendors with interactive activities.

Free listing in the 2018 Sierra Poetry Festival Program (500 printed copies + unlimited online)
The opportunity to donate an item/s or premium for our Swag Bag. This is an excellent promotional tool and ensures that your products reach upwards of 200 festival goers.
Opportunities to sponsor the 2018 Sierra Poetry Festival. This will support Poet Leaders as well as attendance by young people via student scholarships.
GENERAL VENDOR INFORMATION
Vendors are required to participate in the full day at the set hours for the event, 9:00am to 4:00pm. An attendant must be present in designated vendor space during all event hours.
Sierra College Library has asked that each vendor donate one book to the Library, in the spirit of learning and sharing.
Set-up time for vendor spaces is from 8:30-9 am on Saturday, April 28. Vendors are required to check in at the Festival Registration table upon arrival. Vendors may pack up between 4-4:30 pm. They must be cleared out of the vendor space by 4:30 pm.
Participating vendors must have a literary theme.
Your Vendor Application & Agreement requires you to specify EXACTLY what items are being sold, exhibited, promoted or distributed at the event. The Sierra Poetry Festival is a family-oriented event. All merchandise must be acceptable for children under the age of 16 to view.
In the event that a vendor has failed to occupy their space 30 minutes prior to the event start, the Festival Committee shall have the right to utilize such space in any manner it chooses; vendor shall not be entitled to a refund.
All TRASH must be contained. Vendors must supply the necessary trash cans for garbage inside their booth space.
Vendors may park in designated parking areas (to be provided).
Food is not allowed in the Poetry Place due to Sierra College regulations.
Reservation deposits are non-refundable.
Printed Program Advertising
Display advertising is offered in our full-color, printed Sierra Poetry Festival program, distributed to all attendees on the day, with up to 500 additional copies circulated in advance. Please contact us for further information and to reserve your space prior to April 10, 2018.
